Carnegie Historical Figures

Since its inception in 1902, Carnegie Institution for Science has been home to exceptional administrators and scientists. Here we provide short biographies of historical Carnegie scientists and administrators. This project is a part of Rhee lab's summer internship program, where each summer intern researches and writes biographies of 3-4 former Carnegians. We are grateful to Maggie Drain, Carnegie's Digital Archivist, for her help with obtaining the photos.
